Positively Catching Fun Singles Events in Dallas
I hate to say it, because without a date, I get pretty lonely. Get this, this morning I ate a whole bag of Oreos. During my birthday party that comes from being alone, surprise! Don’t judge me (j/k!). What does this mean? Actually, that’s the moment when I seriously thought about finding a date in North Dallas.
Easy solution. Figured I’d boost my dating life thru professionally hosted Denver singles events. Definitely turned out to be my golden ticket. Why do I bring it up? I was at Julie’s soccer finals near North Dallas last week, Jim wouldn’t get off my back about if I have yet to win a special lady. I don’t know why they even care. So, I said, “I’m eating here, and no.”
There’s nowhere to hide when Cousin Terry kept pressing me on the topic of my companionship situation. I leveled to the whole group: “I’ll be fine, I’ll never find a gorgeous single woman hanging out with you.”
Guess what? They all laughed at me. Perturbed, I emailed my astrologist to put my dating woes behind me. What a waste of time! It was more useful listening to my dad, which is never the case. Doug, who recently moved to Italy offered his opinion that I meet singles at Great Expectations. I said, “That’s what I was going to do.” What a relief. I love Great Expectations Dallas.
When I started, matchmaking was a novel thing because I’m a traditionalist of sorts. This was all really foreign to me, so much so that I got a little queasy. That faux pas did not put an end to another incredible Great Expectations event. The evening was a happy hour not to forget. The greatest most memorable part of it all was the honest, desirable singles.
It wasn’t long before I was regularly mingling at these amazing Dallas singles events, I met some great people that obviously feel the same way I do which made for a magnificent singles event. Can’t imagine why I used to let anyone get me down about being single. Amazingly enough, mingling in Dallas with Great Expectations is enjoyable and just what I’ve been looking for.
